Went to watch '21' with Dan yesterday. We had time to kill so had Max Brenner...cookie shake. I was caught a bit off guard though by the waiter(who was pretty decent looking). He took Dan's order then looked at me and went..."What about you darling?". Things that I can cross off my list now include being called Darling by a stranger, lol.

'21' is a pretty good film. I understood some bits about the words and the gestures but not the counts that much...+17 = Magazine. I need some life experience after watching that. If you could, catch it. Watch it for Vegas if anything, hehe.

I had a weird dream again. It was me and Nissy in a car. Me driving...horrendously in fact. We got lost. Ended up at a Kampung. Lost. Got followed by the rempit looking guy. Came across like an outdoor Harem with Sheiks and frail old ladies. Being chased and joshed around by a biker gang. The rempit dude saves me. I wake up.

Today...I met up with Dan and took my first trip outside the CBD(this year;P). We went to Chadstone Mall. It's pretty big. Bigger than the one in town anyway. Didn't really shop though, just window scanned. Walked around, had lunch at Nando's, played at the arcade. Then when we got tired of it, went back to Dan's place to chill. His grandma is a lovely lady and his brothers alright too. Played Wii, Tekken, Street Fighter(serious old school!), watched 'Friends', had dinner then he brought me back to the city where we mused about life over 'Mean Girls'...yes, girls do bitch don't we? I need more general gal pals, haha.

Must study tomorrow. Take care dearies;).

I had another weird dream yesterday.

I was playing basketball with a bunch of my friends. Don't remember who it was exactly. Then someone starts picking a fight with me and I kung fu their butt like seriously jackie chan would be proud, haha. Then in order so that I don't get in trouble, I dress up as a guy, haha. I seriously do not look like one hence the dream aspect of it all. Then it fasts forward to ths security place and Im with Yana(she called me before I slept, which explains her appearance). Still dressed up a guy I have to go through a security check and when Im being frisked, the security dude touches my chest, pls draw your own conclusions here, lol. Then I have to change into a proper girl outfit and Yana brings me the exact same style she has on...I don't go with her choice then end up going with some lost and found things. I wake up.

Gonna watch 21 with Dan later. Heard it was good, hopefully it is. 3 day weekend, ive missed you!

I had the triple weird combo dream yesterday. Thought it was a kfc meal for a sec, didn't ya?

The 1st one. Was me and like a bunch of people standing around this really deep pond like thing. There was fish in there. It was filled with water one second and the next second it was way down underground that you couldn't see the fish. I remember Azalea asking me why you can't see the fish and I shout at the people in a pissed like manner that it's due to bloody global warming.

The 2nd one. I'm a girl on a mission basically. I had like 2 notebook like things in my hand and was climbing alongside this rock climbing wall inside this huge mansion. There was a guy chasing me on the wall. He was trying to catch up and suddenly 2 motorcycles came out of nowhere and started having a battle on top of the rock climbing wall. I didn't just go over the wall but proceeded to climb alongside the thing like a freaking spider girl and when I outran the guy, there was this dude outside waiting for the 2 notebooks.


The 3rd one. It was me kinda at school again. SMKSH to be exact. I'm sitting around with friends and cutting class, just going around wasting time. Then when I finally go to class it turns out to be near the field. The whole class was being punished by being forced to stand in the hot sun and when my teacher saw me and an old friend of mine, she asked us to take a seat in the shade. Naturally all the other peeps got pissed and were giving us the devils eye, haha.

Fewh. My days have been going alright I guess. I am gonna be so stoked after exams are over. I want my roti tisu and mushroom swiss at chilli's, lol.

So as you peeps know Saturday was me cooped up inside my place...rearranging my notes and stuff, pshffft!

Sunday...Originally planned to go to Vic Mark with Aishah but she had to study so I went out grocery shopping in the morn:). Didn't buy as much stuff as I thought I would;P. Then Anderson called and I thought we'd meet up for lunch. We went to Cafe Corretto. It was not too bad but I still like the focaccia at Papa Gino's, heehee. Ended up talking for quite a bit before it was time for me to try and study again...

I slept early but couldn't wake up this morning, lol. A happy belated birthday to David! Eventhough he won't read this, hehe. Nothing unusual happened today...oooh, except the weird dream.

It involves me and...arggghhhh, damn!!!!I can't remember it anymore...I remembered it this morning and now I can't, no!!!!!There was definitely a cute guy, that much I remember...Aaarrrgggghhh!Im losing my weird dream re collective abilities, no!

It was a sweet dream as well...Double dope damn!

It's been a roller coaster couple of days. I got my lit marks back and a few others. Damn disappointed for that. I worked on it as well. Pffft.

~Wednesday~
Chongi came over to help me change the light bulbs and we just chilled for awhile before going for dinner at 'Lazat'. Mostly talked about our love lives...my non existant one, anyway and our ideal bf's/ gf's. We had a cuppa at Koko Black...bear in mind, that my cuppa is of the hot chocolate variety.

~Thursday~
Had lit in the morning. Didn't really do much for the rest of the day. Came home to take a nap in between classes;P. Then in the evening, once again, I busied myself at the guys jamming session. You can see the stress eating away at the boys, poor things. Made Jie walk me home, heehee, parents orders. Can't a guy walk a girl back without any hassle from his pals? The answer is no. I appreciate his chivalry considering he had a test at 8.30 and it was about 11-ish at the time.

~Friday~
Went into the city to sort out my ticket back home:). Then was supposed to meet up with D for lunch. I was really hungry and he wasn't coming. Why? He was watching his Jap show. I was really pissed at his cos this wasn't the first time he pulled this sorta stunt. So had lunch and went back home where I fell asleep for 2 hours, lol. Then thinking movie night was kinda off, I prepared to make myself cozy at home when D messaged me saying that movie night was on with Gordon and Winnie as well. I said ok, I'll meet em in the city for dinner. As punishment(and cos I was still angry), dinner was paid by D. He got off lightly, trust me. We had dinner at Chilli Padi then went back to my place for the movie. 'Finding Neverland'. Watched that and 1/4 of 'Vanity Fair' before switching to 'Lion King' just a bit after Chongi came over. They left around 1 or so and I got a little present from Winnie:), who's a real sweetheart.

Its feeling like a Sunday now....better get on with books then. Au Revoir;).

The answer is one. AND she nearly broke her neck just reaching for one. 2 of my light bulbs have gone out and my room is now only partially lighted. So this morning I was reaching for the light bulb. Bear in mind that I was already on my tippy toes and I realize that I am Asian short...meaning I can't reach the stinking bulb. So in desperation, I grab a chair on put it on the mattress and before I know it I am attempting an act rivaling the ones that you see at the circus. The chair was shaky...and so was I. Thank god I managed to get at least one bulb before nearly getting into an accident.

Yay, managed to rope in Chongi to do me the favour of changing the light bulb, haha;P.

I had dinner with Nat yesterday at Es Teler and it was nice just getting together with an old mate. She's gotta wait like 2 weeks for one test before she can go back, poor thing.

Well, should get on to Jane Eyre...later.

So I woke up to the sound of rain drops on the outside then looking that it was only 8 fell back to sleep and woke at 10-ish. I had the weirdest dreams though. Me in a beauty pageant, hahaha and a slumber party scene with the peeps from the last post at my post. Me in a paddington bear jammies and one of the guys in an elmo one, haha.


So I got myself decent and wanted to get bread and breakfast from the baker. I did the usual routine and checked to see if my phone was in my bag, yes it was. After walking down the steps, I checked my bag again and I realized that I did the most stupidest thing ever...I left my keys inside the room! Don't I have a spare key you ask? Yes, and it was sitting nicely on the counter top...IN MY ROOM! I was just walking up and down the hall for like 5 minutes before I decided to call the locksmith and during that 30 minute or so wait...I felt like queen of the idiots. The one time I let myself NOT become paranoid I end up looking like a moron. So I waited by the door like a stalker for the locksmith, who turned out to be this mature guy with a blue tattoo on his arm. I'm just sorry that my neighbors had to suffer with the noise. At least only one witnessed my locking out situation. I had to go get money for the locksmith and it was still raining. All is not lost however for I now have a great story idea:). Heck, I might as well get something out of it no?

I was thinking of cooping myself up all day and catching up with some work. Didn't work since at about 2.30 or so I got a call from Derrick to study at the Ballieu. I figure that could work. Cept that as usual he took ages and by the time we studied it was almost close to closing time, haha. We then went to Melb Central where we shopped for his new beanie, which suited him. Really need to get a good pair of gloves. Soon we met up with Fion and a bunch of her friends for dinner before we would go and watch the musical. Es Teler's Nasi Ayam is not bad but the chilli though spicy was addictive:).

We hurried in the (still) pouring rain to catch the tram to The Uni. My purple pooh brolly basically got blown inside out poor thing. Thats what you get for buying one at Watson;P. The musical was pretty good for a student production. 'Sweeney Todd' the musical in case you're wondering. I have a crush on Pirelli now. So comel! They've got the vocal chops though. Highlight of the night was when Sweeney forgot to adjust his sliding barber chair and Turpin did it for him before he sat down on it. Improv people, haha. Constance missed that bit cos she left early when she thought it was boring.

After the musical I followed Derrick and Fion to some gathering at someones place. Basically a moving out party. The host, Grace was really nice for letting people just hang out her place. Xing, Sara, Arnie, Chui, June and a bunch of people were there. Played a game of cheat and just chatted before going back at around 12-ish by cab.

Must stay in today;P.

I wasted time this morning...Getting things ready in my place and stuff. I really should get the dishes over and done with as quickly as possible. So went to Uni for the lecture(which was not that bad) and then for the screening of 'Ten Canoes'.

I had no idea how the aboriginal people lived and was quite shocked at how they dressed but I guess it was cool learning about another culture. The polygamous lifestyle and traditions of war.

So derrick bailed on clubbing(as usual). Then I decided to get Chongi in on a night out. He brought along Gordon and Winnie as well, which is cool. Winnie's fun and Gordon is...well, kinda like Derrick in certain ways, haha. We roamed Lygon looking for a place to eat and there was this restaurant owner who lured us in with complimentary drinks. It wasn't too bad but a bit pricey though. Nami, I finally went to Freddo's! I had the toblerone and cookies ice cream, yumm. Chongi had durian and rum raisin and Gordon had the Creme Caramel and Pandan. Surprisingly the Pandan wasn't bad at all and the Creme Caramel was gooood. Then we headed back to my place for a scary movie 'House of a 1000 corpses'. Chongi went to get back his i pod and came back with Derrick and Kok Wei in tow and the movie begun. Typically, I was the most...animated. It was gruesome and the guys were somewhat unaffected. It was 3 guys and a gal on the bed. A bit after that Kok Wei left and we just hung out then D followed suit. Eventually we called it a night and the guys headed off back home. A pretty fun night I'd say...

Now if only I can start writing properly...

is atrocious at the moment. Tried to type out my idea for the fiction piece. It sounds like a simon pulse rom com, gah! Yeah they're fun but not exactly what I wanted to be remembered for;P.

Didn't manage to finish 'Great Expectations' in time for my tute this morning but hey, I wasn't the only one, heehee. I didn't fail my management essay, woohoo! We were the one tute that everyone in managed to pass, yay.

I should go to the lounge more...it's a nice place to just chill at.

Ok...let's shift it from about me to about what's going on in the world...

The earthquake in Sichuan, China is really terrible news. Even worse with what has happened in Bhurma...My condolences to the families of the people lost in the tragedy. I would feel devastated if it were my family. Let's pray for them peeps and even if you don't believe in God, give them hope...it's that one thing that could make a difference.

So this morning I woke up around 8, wasted time and was almost late to the lecture. Then...as it turns out, the stupid lecture was cancelled, grrr! Thank goodness I bumped into Tom and David and we ended up killing time at the Rowdie. Came back early since I went for the early management lecture.

Yesterday had a nice exercise for creative writing where Amber and moi, and the rest of the class went out to observe others. It was fun. Had hot chocolate and walked around. Some guys approached us about donating blood. Not for me thanks plus i got comments about my fashion sense that made my day:). In the evening, went to melb central to meet up with the guys for some pizza that costs 4 bucks. The usual gang being...Derrick, Ryan, Jie, Adrian, myself and we met Jackson and 2 new pals there. Dean and Yong. Nice blokes and Dean's even got the lah pat down, haha. Yup, I was the lone ranger in the scene, lol. The pizza's not bad though a bit small for my taste;P. Adrian headed off a bit early after dinner and we followed soon after. Thanks to Dean for the lift into the city:). Came back around 9.30. Usual call from dad...Azalea being cheeky.

Just another day like any other day. Just another night like any other night.

I forgot to feature the funny story concerning the last post so I'll put that one in here;P. It was during the jamming session. We were in the middle of 'better man' when my phone rang. Dad called and asked the usual questions,"why aren't you at home?" "who are you with?" etc. Then he hears the guys singing in the background and mentions the bf thing. Azalea takes the phone and then starts saying "Kak Tasha, don't sibuk with a bf, baca buku!". Hahaha, I burst out laughing.

So today was a lovely day to just chill. According to the title I shall dish out this inconceivable recipe, hehehe. You put in a dash of food and a little bit of gaming at the State library on the Xbox 360 mix it up with a bit of arcade style games and then throw in a movie or 2 along with good company and you have yourself a reasonably good day:). I tried my hand the para para game, haha. I sooooo need more practice but heck, it was fun.

They had a barbie back home today, no fair!! Must stay in tomorrow and finish 'Great Expectations', pretty good so far.

I'm suppose to be doing the peer review thing now but man, 900 words minimum is not easy when the work is hardly decipherable. I need to be nice but critical which is really hard at this stage, grrr!

Anyways, I went out with Anderson today for dinner, early dinner basically, we sat and chatted about stuff till about 7 or so then I went to kacau Jie's band practice. It was a lotta fun. I had a go at being the singer and got approvals, yay. We tried out 'chasing cars','better man' and a few other songs. Im so envious of people who can play instruments and they can play it pretty well too. I had a turn at the drum set. Thanks to Iwan for teaching me the tempo thing:).

Ah, sleepy, Night night, or morning morning, depending on where you are;).

2 assignments over and done with, huzzah! What's the expression mean anyway?Let me update you on the goings of the ons in my life at the mo, if you've got the time to read on, which basically you do...cos you're still reading this, hah! Caught you!

~Sunday~
So after spending the morning playing Cinderella, I met up with Chongi first. Had lunch then D came later. Wanted to study at the state lib but it was full:(. I love the inside though. So antique and classic looking:). So we retreated to RMIT's lib where after a somewhat productive hour, we got chased out and then headed over to D's place. Well, we made a pit stop at DFO, where I bought a nice jumper for 19 bucks. D wanted to get the guilt outta him. Had dinner and attempted to study back at D's place. Then Chongi sent me back where I attempted to complete a bit more work, unsuccessfully.

~Monday~
Lectures, lectures, lectures. Assignment. Locked myself inside the house to finish it off...ooh, she's scared of people!Lol.

~Tuesday~
Handed in both assignments. Creative writing tute. Where it was a pretty interesting one. Man, Im so jealous of how well people write. I feel as if I do not stand a chance...at all. Unless someone dies. I don't want that of course.

~Wednesday/Today~
H2H lecture and tute. Studied at the library, where I nearly fell asleep. Made a new acquaintance while waiting outside management. Jess was her name...i think. Damn, i suck at names. Then, met Cath's friend David. As if I didn't know enough David's, lol;P. Jackson called a while ago to invite me out to a dinner thing next week. Salmon, yummy:).

My broken mirror will be fixed soon, yay, though I do not mind half a mirror;P.

A few days with no outside, actual social interaction...I always thought that I would be able to handle being by myself, even for a few hours, now I think otherwise. I'm starting to feel like those people in 'Big Brother'...well, prob the opposite actually.

I went shopping today, by myself. It was an interesting experience to say the least. I walked around DFO twice thinking about what would be the best things to buy. Now I only need the gloves. I've got the scarf, the pretty coat and a knit jacket. Now all I need is the guy to carry my bags;P. I didn't mind walking around by myself but kinda sucks in the sense that I got a teensy bit jealous when I saw couples walking around. I got the 'Jeez-rub-it-in-my-face-why-don't-you?' feeling.

I need proper gal pals here, I reckon. Can't exactly ring up the guys. Don't think they'd be into shopping and the girly stuff, haha.

Oh, i'll end with a true incident that happened on thursday...

Half her face was covered by pink flowers on a blanket. She was mostly asleep, partially dreaming. Her eyes continued to stay close. Then, she heard it. Glass breaking. Like a loud vase crashing when a couple have a huge fight and start throwing things at each other. She turned around and looked at the sink. Could it be the dishes that she left there when she was too tired to wash them? No, nothing suspicious there. She dismissed the thought and went back to send her greetings to Hypnos. A few hours after that she needed to answer nature's call. She rubbed her eyes in the similar style of a toddler waking up after nap time, yawned like the teddy bear back home and in a zombie state made her way to the little cubicle that was her toilet. Her eyes grew wider when she saw that half her cabinet mirror was lying on the floor in pieces. "So much for the broken beer bottle theory..." She did her business, pushed the clear stuff to one side and went to bed. Waking up an hour or 2 later with the unfortunate pleasure of having to clear it up.
